Dr. Somchao Tantatherdtham, Chief Executive Officer of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, and Siriarun Company Limited, under N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, has partnered with Dr. Juirat Srisiri (i-Care), holding a 60:40 share in Siriarun, aiming to establish a comprehensive wellness business. They are set to open a new service center, the third branch, near Siriraj Hospital and Thonburi Hospital.

In 2021, Thailand will fully enter an aging society, with 20% of the population aged 60 and above, a number that is expected to continue rising. This presents a significant opportunity for businesses focused on elderly health care, especially as the elderly often have health concerns as they age, particularly those with chronic conditions requiring special care.

Additionally, after receiving treatment in hospitals, patients often need to continue their recovery at home. Many families may not be able to provide the specialized care required. Therefore, Siriarun Wellness offers comprehensive health care services and is prepared to assist in health recovery during the transition from hospital to home, utilizing modern health service systems and a dedicated team of experienced professionals, including doctors who provide close guidance during the recovery period for both physical and mental health.

Siriarun Wellness offers services divided into four groups:
1. Patients in recovery
2. Patients awaiting scheduled doctor appointments
3. Healthy individuals undergoing special examinations or specialized treatments
4. Elderly care services for those requiring close attention.

This allows families to have adequate time to prepare for proper medical care at home.

Siriarun Wellness provides facilities for physical therapy and activities aimed at restoring physical condition, supported by a team of doctors, nurses, skilled physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. They design appropriate programs and have a nutrition care team for specific dietary needs. Nursing assistants have passed labor skill standards tests. They currently operate three branches, totaling approximately 122 beds:
- Siriarun Wellness Branch 1: Long Term Care model, located on Soi Arun Amarin 39, near Branch 3, offering Day Care for the elderly.
- Siriarun Wellness Branch 2: Located in Ubon Ratchathani, catering to post-operative patients.
- Recently, Siriarun Wellness Branch 3: A 2,000 square meter building, six stories high, on Arun Amarin Road 39, is the third branch with 27 rooms and 39 beds in an Intermediate Care model.

Service fees are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, starting at 2,500 baht per day (including room, meals, and nursing care).
